Appointment Policies

All clients are required to read all policies before appointments.

*If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you will not be able to be tattooed.


*Please refrain from wearing perfume, essential oils or smoking before your appointment.


*Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure the entire appointed time can be used to work. You are booked private studio time and in all fairness and respect to every client, each appointment is taken on time. Being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in having to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.


*NO CHILDREN UNDER 18 IN THE STUDIO (as per Rhode Island state law).

  

*All deposits are due within 48 hours of scheduling your appointment. Deposits not paid will result in your appointment time being cancelled.​ Notice may not be given of cancellation.


*All deposits are non-refundable. 

 

*All services are non-refundable. 


*All certificates are non-refundable and redeemed 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation of your appointment within 72 hours or not showing up to your appointment will result in you forfeiting your redeemed certificate. 


*72 hours (3 days) notice must be given for rescheduling an appointment to not result in a lost deposit. Last minute cancellations for any reason will result in a lost deposit.


*Not showing up to or cancelling your scheduled follow up or color boost visit within the 72 hour required time will result in a $25 charge per service which you will be billed for. This must be paid before any other appointments can be made.

 

*If you arrive or are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, you WILL have to be rescheduled and you WILL lose your deposit. Arriving 10 minutes or more late to your appointment will not give enough time for your scheduled procedure. You will need an additional deposit in order to schedule a future appointment. Please plan your driving route ahead of time and account for traffic and weather. 


*If you do not call to reschedule your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit and will need to send an additional deposit to set up another appointment.


*We are always so thankful if you love and enjoy your service and want to tip, however tips cannot be accepted on credit cards. 


*All credit card card/bank card charges have an additional 3.3% bank fee added on. If you would like to avoid the processing fee, we accept cash and checks.


*All Saturday appointments require 50% of the service cost as a deposit.


* No more than 1 guest is allowed to enter the studio with you unless special arrangements have been made. We are a small studio and simply do not have the seating available. 


*We apologize, but no exceptions can be made.
